Description: Plastic pavement reflectors are made of high density polyethylene, are ideal for permanent or temporary marking. They have a high degree of visibility during the day due to the white color of the body, and during the night due to the polypropic acrylic reflectors, and in the event of rain they maintain their characteristics due to the elevated body from the surface of the asphalt.
features: Their base is properly formatted to make excellent welding and become a body with the substrate. It is extremely high strength material, for stable time performance on a dry and wet road. Their lower surface is flat without a stroke. It is usually fastened with two -component glue in yellow or white for temporary or permanent marking respectively.
Specification: UPDE (Government Gazette 946B/09-07-2003)
Installation: It is placed by spreading two components on its lower surface.
Applications: permanent or constructive horizontal marking of all types of road network.
Reflection is placed with two -component epoxy glue. These are special adhesive material – two -component epoxy adhesive, suitable for pasteing reflectors on the road, which must meet the requirements of KEDE (Ministry of Environment and Physical Planning), as well as the corresponding BS 873: 4. Calculate about 1 kg for welding about 25 ~ 30 reflectors accordingly. Two -component epoxy glue plays an important role in the strong paste – fastening of the reflector on the road, greatly enhancing its solidity – durability, the stress that the reflector exists from the wheels of the vehicles on the road network.
