Installation Instructions
& nbsp;
We close the roll to reveal the shaft.
We open 3 holes in the shaft, as in the figure below. The Φ10 mm hole will be used for a screw that stabilizes the motor over the shaft and does not allow it to rotate around it. The 2 Holes Φ12 mm will be used to cross the interior and from there to the side of the roll the cable through which we unravel the electron in the event of a power failure and the cable that gives power to the motor. We make sure that Φ12 holes do not have sharp lips that may injure the cable or cable. The correct position of the roll is the one in which the center of the drum is in the middle of the width of the w openness of the roll or as close as it is.
Remove the screw (C) from the drum of the motor.
Remove the two halves (up & amp; below) of the drum of the motor (D), unscrewing the two M8 (E) screws using 6 mm key.
Carefully remove the plastic stripe that is the drum of the motor (F). The strip is covered with grease so we must be careful not to stick trash. We do not remove the grease.
Remove the two halves (up & amp; lower) of the trunk of the motor (g), unscrewing the four M8 (H) screws using 6 mm key.
If required, we place the axis diameter plastic adapter (i) by placing it based on the Φ10 hole we have already opened.
We re -join the two halves (up & amp; lower) of the trunk of the motor (g), screwing the four m8 (h) screws using 6 mm key so that the trunk of the motor can hug the roll shaft. /li>
We screw the M10 (A) screw that has a hexagonal head and has no nut in the Φ10 hole we opened at the beginning, using a 17 mm French wrench. The screw must pass inside the axis to prevent the motor from rotating around the axis.
We screw the other M10 (B) screw that has hexagonal head and has a nut as tightly as required to stabilize the motor on the roll axis, using a 17 mm French wrench. Then we screw and tighten its nuts to ensure the connection (“counter-taxi”).
We carefully place the plastic stripe that is the drum roller (f).
We re -join the two halves (up & amp; below) of the drum of the motor (g), screwing the two M8 (E) screws using 6 mm wrench. If required, we place the plastic adapter in diameter of the drum (k) by buttoning him at the top of the motor drum.
We make a Φ12 hole at the top of the roll curtain (L) in the vertical position of the m10 screw (c).
