The dry residue that remains after the extraction of the juice from grapes can be used to provide the distillate for the production of other species of alcoholic beverages.
The grapes we have are made of the best specifications and in addition to the production of must we can use it and to produce fruit juice . Usually the ratio of must -have is one (1) liter of must for every 2 or 3 kg of grapes.
For the construction of the grapes, hard wood and heavy -duty wreaths are used, the juice collection basin is made of cast iron and painted electrostatics.
